        This is another part of the big module we're working on (I mentioned this in the Maillist/Newsletter discussion)

        I'm not sure if it makes sense to decouple it though as it's pretty much the core of the whole thing. With events, invitations, personal salutations, calendar subscriptions etc.

        However, we can do demo when it's all done and discuss it.

        need to syn with Exchange or Outlook. what is the point otherwise?

        The calendar should be able to have any type of data pumped into it - XML, IEnumerable, SharePoint Lists, iCalendar, JSON, etc.

        "Calendars" are unsuitable from a UX point of view to display events. We need the option to chose a list display for events.

        I would like a Calendar but not just for events but for appointments. The calendar would allow the user to create appointments and I would like to create my own module that sent Twitter/SMS/Voice/Email Reminders
