Measure hoster performance

While Orchard runs great on a properly configured web host, it can be problematic on some hosters like GoDaddy.

It would be great if Orchard could measure and log hoster related issues that impact performance (SQL Server timeouts etc.). That way a user could clearly understand what is an Orchard issue and what is a hoster issue.

With this type of information it would be clear where the problem lies and Orchard would be far less likely to get a bad reputation.

I've got my site loading in Go Daddy, but there are hardcore performance issues. It could be related to the fact that I'm using SQL CE, which isn't a real problem for me to fix, but for hobbyists or amateurs it will definitely be a huge turn off. If the audience for Orchard is going to grow, we need to be able to identify these issues.

That is a great idea. I've had luck with gettting Orchard working on appliedi-labs.net, but godaddy doesn't work. Permissions issue and I'm not sure how to fix it.
